Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once opened or used.
Damaged or wrong items delivered will be eligible for replacement/refund.
To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at contact@draavya.com with order details and pictures of the product.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them (before dispatch).
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
